What are the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ is 5,000 units per SKU, with pilots around 2,000 units negotiable. Lead time is roughly 2–3 months for a first order, plus testing time where clinical claims are required. Payment is 50% deposit / 50% balance before shipping.
What collagen do you use? Is vegan possible?
We propose collagen type and grade — marine (fish-derived) or hydrolyzed — to fit your target market and positioning, with vegan, additive-free, and sustainable-sourcing options. Note that animal-derived collagen can't carry a vegan claim, so if vegan is the goal we explore plant-based alternatives and collagen-boosting designs instead.
Can you substantiate absorption / elasticity with clinical testing?
Yes. We design in-vivo studies — elasticity (Cutometer), hydration (Corneometer), wrinkle image analysis — measuring before and after use. LUK Corp. coordinates accredited labs and compiles data to support each market's claim language. (Efficacy claims are used only within the bounds of the test results.)
Can the sheet shape and dissolve speed be customized?
Yes. Shape, size, thickness, dissolve speed, and adhesion — for face, eye zone, or neck — are all designed to your concept. Packaging follows, from single-dose hygienic pouches to multipacks and premium cartons.
Do you handle US / EU export compliance?
